As the southern part of our country responds to recent destructive weather events, the Bangor School Department wishes to join the relief effort.  Members of the school community will have an opportunity to support those who are suffering through a “Coins of Caring” campaign taking place across the twelve Bangor schools.  The 4,000+ students and employees may choose to donate any amount of coins – pennies, nickels, dimes or quarters – to form a collective donation in support of those impacted.

“Coins of Caring” will be collected at the school sites beginning on September 28 and ending on Friday, October 13th.
